Rodrigo Calderón Villena
Rodrigo is a lawyer from the University of Chile and completed a master’s degree in Business Law as well as a diploma in New Approaches in Corporate Consulting at the Universidad del Desarrollo.
He worked as an associate at Waissbluth, Martorell, Arrieta & Calderón from the year 2003 until 2022, signature of which he became a partner, in 2014. In addition, he was director of the Chilean Family Lawyers Association between 2009 and 2012, and president of the same, during the period 2014 – 2015.
Rodrigo Calderón has a recognized track record and prestige in the market, thanks to the solid career he has developed as a litigator in civil and labor lawsuits, as well as in cases of national relevance regarding family matters.
In parallel, he has been regularly invited to teach in postgraduate courses and legal updating, both at the Law School of the University of Chile and at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
